JLL Proclaims Sale of The Boxer Boston — LODGING


BOSTON, Massachusetts—JLL’s Motels & Hospitality Group introduced the sale of The Boxer Boston, an 80-key restored historic lodge positioned in Boston’s West Finish neighborhood, to Eurostars Motels Firm, the lodge division of Grupo Hotusa. JLL represented the vendor, Hersha Motels & Resorts, within the transaction.

Initially constructed in 1904, The Boxer Boston occupies a nine-story constructing. The property underwent a complete million-dollar renovation in 2013 when it was relaunched as The Boxer. Possession accomplished further restaurant and foyer refreshes in 2019-2020.
